Temperature-pressure head

The CTP head is designed for pressure extrusion of biological materials such as hydrogels and any materials requiring strictly controlled working conditions. Our system allows for both cooling below ambient temperature and heating in the range of 4 – 60℃. The head is adapted to work with standardized 3 ml cartridges. The extrusion process is carried out by pressure extrusion, enabling precise application of individual material layers

Calibration print head

The measuring head is used for mapping the working surface in our 3D bioprinter. It allows for the creation of a three-dimensional map of the table surface for glass, Petri dishes, and multi-well plates (maximum number of wells = 12). This map allows for real-time correction of the worktable height during printing.

UVP pressure head

The UVP head is designed for the extrusion of materials in liquid form under controlled pressure. Simultaneously, thanks to the UV diode system, it is possible to work with light-curable materials in continuous mode. This solution ensures increased exposure of the material to the crosslinking agent, enhancing the ability to work with liquid materials. Depending on the materials used, the crosslinking power can be smoothly adjusted. Additionally, thanks to the electric heating jacket, it is possible to work within a temperature range of 20 – 60°C. Pressure print head (PPP)

The pressure print head is the primary executive tool for 3D bioprinting. It enables the printing of complex structures in three-dimensional space from viscous materials such as silicones, pastes, or biomaterials. The 3D printing process using the PPP head takes place at ambient temperature. It is adapted to work with standardized 3 ml cartridges. The extrusion process is carried out by pressure extrusion, enabling precise application of individual material layers.

Filament head (FFF)

This head is designed for three-dimensional printing using thermoplastic materials in the form of filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm. It is characterized by precision, the ability to work with various types of filaments, and the capability to accurately control printing parameters. The FFF head has a working temperature of up to 240°C and is equipped with a dedicated fan for cooling prints. Moreover, the user can replace the nozzle with one of the required diameter in the range of 0.1 – 0.8 mm.

Pressure printing head, high-temperature

This head is designed for 3D printing models using materials in the form of granules and powders, among others. It is equipped with a heating system that allows maintaining a stable high 3D printing temperature - up to 220°C - which enables us to process materials with an increased melting temperature and deposit them on the table surface. Working with materials in the form of either granules or powders significantly increases the availability of materials for work. The head is adapted to work with standardized high-temperature cartridges with a capacity of 3 ml. The extrusion process takes place through pressure extrusion, which allows precise application of individual layers of material.
