Our technologists and designers create prototypes based on both the provided CAD model and the physical model. To recreate the physical model in the virtual space, we use reverse engineering tools such as the GOM ATOS Core scanner and dedicated software like GOM Inspect and Geomagic Design X. This allows us to quickly and accurately perform a complete dimensional and shape analysis, enabling us to design the reproduced model in detail.

For rapid prototyping, we use, among other technologies, additive manufacturing, which guarantees time savings, cost optimization, and efficient product development assessment. To achieve this, we apply methods such as SLA, SLS, and FDM.

What distinguishes us is the high care of post-processing of 3D prints. Each component is properly cleaned and treated by our engineers. We take special care to ensure that the manufactured model is as close to the final product as possible. All this to reveal and eliminate possible errors even before production begins and the product is placed on the market.
